Job summary

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join our team. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and value safety, service, and reliability, you’ll deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily.

You will perform pre/post-trip checks, maintain records, and coordinate with dispatch while delivering excellent customer service. Room for growth and competitive pay accompany strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
