Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix to construction sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries with a service-first attitude.

Active CDL (A or B) and current DOT Medical Card required. You’ll work on local routes, be home daily, and enjoy competitive pay with potential bonuses and annual raises. SRM offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer-service mindset and represent SRM values.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous mixer operator or ready-mix delivery experience is a plus; eager to learn.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
