Job summary

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL required) to join our growing team. You’ll be the face at job sites, delivering quality concrete and providing exceptional customer service, with home daily after shifts.

Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B) and ensure on-time deliveries, load and inspect concrete to spec, and maintain safety standards per DOT/OSHA. Prioritize professionalism and teamwork every day.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with valid DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and representing SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect yourself and team.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
