Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to join a nationwide leader in ready mix concrete. You will drive a concrete mixer truck with Class A or B CDL, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and top-tier customer service at construction sites.

You’ll perform safety checks and work with dispatch to optimize routes, while maintaining records and supporting plant/yard tasks as needed. This role offers local routes with home daily, competitive hourly pay, overtime after 8 hours, and eligibility for

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Commitment to safety and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites (Class A or B CDL).
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site and represent SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and SRM safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
