Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites across our service area. You’ll operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional customer interactions.

You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, upholding our service-first approach. You’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain delivery records, and coordinate with dispatch while following DOT and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable, team-focused and service-oriented.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or a related delivery role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
