Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to safely operate a concrete mixer truck and deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites, home daily.

You’ll load, mix, inspect concrete, maintain vehicles, and uphold safety standards, while delivering friendly service to customers and representing SRM with professionalism.

Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card required; for motivated individuals ready to join a national leader in concrete delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
