SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A or B), load and mix concrete, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries with a service-first attitude.

The role emphasizes safety, communication with dispatch, and representing SRM’s values on every job site. Home daily with overtime and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL required) to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA and company safety protocols.
