Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete, serving commercial and residential sites with a focus on safety and service. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, load and inspect concrete to meet specs, and maintain accurate records while representing SRM at each job site.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and SRM values.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL required) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every site and represent SRM.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect team and public.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
