SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service while upholding our commitment to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, with home daily shifts, overtime after 8 hours, and opportunities for growth and advancement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with valid DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and safety-focused mindset.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide excellent customer service at every site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT/OSHA/safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
