Job summary

Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC, a national leader in ready-mix concrete, is seeking a motivated Mixer Operator (CDL required) to deliver concrete to commercial and residential sites and provide top-tier customer service. You’ll operate a concrete mixer, load and inspect material, and represent SRM at every job site.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL Class A or B, DOT medical card, and a clean safety record. We offer local routes with no Sunday work, competitive hourly pay, overtime, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
