SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete safely and on time. You will drive concrete mixer trucks with a Class A or B CDL and provide outstanding service at commercial and residential job sites.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with dispatch for efficient routing. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a customer-first approach in a growing nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
