Job summary

Baker Distributing Company in Nashville seeks a reliable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role delivers HVAC products to customers and supports warehouse operations with accuracy and professionalism.

You will load/unload, maintain safety, complete invoices, and assist with inventory. A DOT medical certificate is required; CDL licenses are highly desirable. Possess strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Valid DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/appliance lift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products to customers daily and provide top-notch customer service.
• Load and unload products from the truck and ensure secure transport.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in warehouse with inventory counts and order picking/verification.
• Maintain truck and warehouse cleanliness and safety; follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
