Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and walk customers through projects.
• Coordinate deliveries and contact customers regarding delivery.
• Plan delivery activities and load merchandise to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect products and match items to invoices before delivery.
• Ensure loads comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Operate store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV).
