Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Deliver merchandise, unload and test appliances, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute delivery activities, load and secure loads, and verify items against invoices.
• Maintain DOT compliance and complete required reporting.
• Operate store equipment as needed and follow safety protocols.
