Qualifications

• CDL license required: Class A for multi-unit CMV (tractor trailer & wide routes)
• CDL license required: Class B for single-unit CMV (tandem flatbed) with air break endorsement
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
• Ability to pass MVR screen as per company requirements
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Answer questions knowledgeably and promptly by guiding customers through projects
• Communicate stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, and warranty information to customers
• Coordinate delivery with customers and truck drivers
• Plan delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise on schedule
• Load and unload merchandise, verify items against invoices, and inspect product condition for delivery
