Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL for multi-unit CMV operations.
• Must have Class B CDL for single-unit CMV operations where required.
• Valid medical certificate and ability to pass MVR.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Understand customer needs and explain stock, warranties, and program details.
• Coordinate delivery with truck drivers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Un/load and stage merchandise; inspect items before delivery.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards in daily duties.
