Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Delivery Associate to provide outstanding service, assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, and coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure on-time arrival.

You will load and unload merchandise, verify items, and maintain vehicle readiness while following Lowe's safety and DOT policies. Eligible associates receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL license required for multi-unit CMV.
• Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement required for single-unit CMV.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR and read/write basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with DOT/CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Plan and execute delivery activities and load trucks safely.
• Unload, install and test appliances during delivery.
• Maintain DOT compliance and keep store areas clean and safe.
