Job summary

10-4 Logistics is actively hiring CDL school graduates to start their trucking careers in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. The program features one-on-one mentorship, paid orientation, and a structured training phase with a mentor before solo driving.

During training, you earn $850 per week, with weekly pay. After completing training, you will drive your own assigned truck with earnings ranging from $1,600 to $1,800+ per week, depending on routes and hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and training program.
• Train one-on-one with a mentor during the training phase.
• Transition to solo driving with assigned truck in the Eastern regional dry van fleet.
• Maintain safety standards and professional communication throughout the program.
