Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates for its Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will train with a mentor, receive paid orientation, and start with weekly pay as you progress through the program.

After completing training, you’ll move into your own assigned truck with earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. The program emphasizes safety, communication, and DOT/FMCSA compliance to ensure smooth solo operation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentoring.
• Move from training to solo driving in assigned Eastern regional dry van fleet.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight on Eastern regional routes.
