Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial customers on assigned routes, hauling waste or recycling to disposal sites or plants. You will load and unload containers, operate safely, and maintain route records while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires good map reading, strong driving skills, and the ability to work in varying conditions. Expect night and weekend hours as needed, with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map or navigation system.
• Enter/exit the truck 100–150 times per day.
• Excellent driving and maneuvering skills; basic truck maintenance knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks to provide trash or recycling removal on assigned routes.
• Maintain and update route sheets; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Keep truck cab clean and safe; inspect dump procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers; ensure safety practices.
• Service 100–150 commercial customers daily; perform other duties as assigned.
