Job summary

Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Residential Front Load Driver to service assigned routes, safely collecting waste and recycling and delivering to disposal sites.

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, and be prepared to pass pre-employment testing. The role requires punctuality, strong map-reading skills, and excellent customer service on routes that may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map and navigate routes.
• Experience operating different trucks in a residential fleet.
• Strong driving/maneuvering skills and safety awareness.
• Basic knowledge of truck mechanics is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to provide trash or recycling removal and haul to disposal site.
• Replace carts neatly at curb or designated area and maintain cleanliness of truck.
• Maintain route sheets and pre/post trip inspections; complete logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other duties as assigned.
