Job summary

Rumpke is hiring a Front Load Driver to serve commercial customers on assigned routes, hauling waste and recycling to disposal sites. You will dump containers, perform route logs, and interact with customers while maintaining safety and truck cleanliness.

Requirements include a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and legal work eligibility in the United States. This role may require night and weekend shifts and travel between offices as needed.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Class B CDL.
DOT Medical Card required or able to obtain prior to hire.
At least 19 years old.
No major moving violations within the last 2 years.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Operate front-load trucks on assigned routes to collect waste and recycling.
Dump front-load containers into trucks and secure loads safely.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
Follow safety policies and proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
Maintain truck cleanliness and route accuracy; update logs as needed.
Work nights and weekends as required.
