Job summary

Rumpke is seeking a Residential Front Load Driver to service assigned waste/recycling routes with CDL requirements and strong safety standards. You will operate various trucks, load and haul materials, and interact with customers on a daily basis.

Strong map literacy, driving skills, and reliable English communication are essential. This full-time role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and a valid Class B CDL.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a map.
• Ability to drive all types of residential fleet trucks.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers.
• Must read and speak English well enough to understand safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to provide trash or recycling removal services.
• Replace carts neatly at curb or designated area.
• Maintain route sheets and truck cleanliness.
• Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and logs.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
