Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. in Doraville, GA, is seeking energetic CDL drivers for the Front Load Driver role. The position offers a retention bonus of $3,500 paid in four equal installments in the first year and a $10,000 driver award available every three years upon meeting criteria.

The Front Load Driver will service commercial accounts, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, keep logs, and maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of operation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMVs.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial Front Load Routes, operating truck safely.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, mileage logs, and vehicle condition reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch; provide courteous service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safe operation of the vehicle.
