Job summary

Waste Pro in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Front Load Driver. You will operate refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned routes, perform safety checks, and maintain route records while delivering professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front Load refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle cleaning.
• Record route data, mileage, fuel usage, and maintain forms.
• Provide courteous customer service and report issues to supervisors.
• Prioritize safety and ensure proper handling of materials and waste.
