Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers to operate refuse collection trucks on pre-assigned routes in a Florida service area. The role includes upholding safety standards, performing pre/post trip inspections, and delivering courteous service to customers.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper disposal of garbage/recyclables, maintaining the vehicle, and complying with DOT/state regulations. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid CDL, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record.
• 21+ years old.
• Understanding of DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive pre-established route and collect/dump garbage on residential routes.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections as per DOT guidelines.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as required.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports and documents as directed by Waste Pro.
