Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks on multi-family and commercial routes, removing and transporting waste or recyclables per customer contracts. The role requires a valid CDL and at least one year of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of one year of commercial truck driving experience or a CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks along designated routes to collect waste and recyclables.
• Open containers and load/unload using appropriate equipment.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and document vehicle condition.
• Interact with customers and address questions or requests.
• Maintain logs and route productivity sheets as required by law and policy.
• Follow safety procedures and company rules for vehicle operation.
