Job summary

The City of Scottsdale is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform quality skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of city buildings, offices and other facilities. Anticipated starting salary may be up to the mid-point depending on experience and equity.

The mid-point is $35.94/hour or $74,755.20 annually; full salary range listed above. Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED and five years of relevant construction experience; preferred apprenticeship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of relevant work experience in construction.
• Preferred: apprenticeship in building/construction trades.
• Preferred: journey-level experience.
