The City of Scottsdale is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform quality skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of city buildings, offices and other facilities. Anticipated starting salary may be up to the mid-point depending on experience and equity.
The mid-point is $35.94/hour or $74,755.20 annually; full salary range listed above. Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED and five years of relevant construction experience; preferred apprenticeship
The Facilities Maintenance Tech classification performs quality skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and remodeling of buildings, offices and other city facilities.

Years of experience are calculated based on a full-time schedule of 2,080 hours per year and a part-time schedule of 1,040 hours per year.
