Job summary

The City of Scottsdale is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration and remodeling of city buildings, offices and facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Anticipated starting salary may be up to the mid-point depending on experience; the full salary range is listed, with mid-point at $74,755.20 annually ($35.94/hour). The role may require an Arizona residency and adherence to selection processes including background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of relevant work experience in residential or commercial construction or equivalent.
• Preferred: completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in at least one building/construction trades; journey level experience preferred.
