Job summary

Casella Waste Systems is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks on designated routes, ensuring safe, courteous waste removal.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, navigate traffic, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards. Training and advancement opportunities through the Career Pathways program are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B license.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and handle objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear/front/side load and roll-off trucks on assigned routes.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely waste removal.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow safety standards and report incidents promptly.
