Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver responsible for the safe operation of rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks while delivering prompt waste removal services on designated routes.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain vehicle appearance, and provide courteous customer service. You will also complete mandated paperwork, participate in the Career Pathways program with advancement opportunities, merit increases, and safety incentives, and contribute to the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL License.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and related testing.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and maintains appearance in line with company standards.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks safely in varied environments.
• Provides courteous, timely service with customers and completes all required paperwork accurately.
• Empties receptacles, cleans areas around spills, and follows route sheets for one line of business.
• Attends trainings, notifies Dispatch of issues, and participates in company-wide learning to support Casella’s mission and values.
