Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. seeks a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks on designated routes, delivering reliable waste removal and courteous service to customers.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, maintain vehicle appearance, and complete route paperwork while following safety standards and company policies. A CDL license and willingness to advance through Career Pathways are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A or B CDL license.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and maintains appearance per safety standards.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks safely on streets, highways and customer sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and prompt service to customers on designated routes.
• Completes route paperwork accurately and notifies Dispatch of service interruptions or safety concerns.
• Participates in training and safety programs as required by Casella.
