Job summary

Casella Waste Systems is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear load, front load, side load and roll-off trucks along designated routes, delivering safe, courteous waste removal service to customers.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, comply with safety standards, complete paperwork, participate in the Career Pathways program with regular merit increases and safety bonuses, and advance through multiple driver classes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class A or B CDL License.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• Operate rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks safely on streets and job sites.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service.
• Complete route paperwork and maintain required documentation.
• Attend training programs and notify Dispatch of incidents or interruptions.
