Casella is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side load and roll off trucks while delivering prompt waste removal services on designated routes. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliability in residential and commercial environments.

The successful candidate will hold a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Class A or B CDL, and pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections and maintains truck appearance.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load and roll off trucks safely on various sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and completes route paperwork accurately.
• Notifies Dispatch of issues and participates in training opportunities.
