Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and re-train delivery drivers and supervise driver teams.
• Monitor DOT logs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate driver payroll, logs, and expense review with Transportation Manager.
• Maintain safety standards for vehicle operation and cargo handling.
• Document driver performance and conduct counseling as needed.
• Assist in route planning and cost control to improve efficiency.
