Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Driver Trainer to lead comprehensive delivery training for CDL drivers. The role involves classroom instruction, ride-alongs, and hands-on coaching to ensure safety and efficiency across wholesale foodservice operations.

You will reinforce DOT and company safety standards while evaluating driver performance. Responsibilities include onboarding support, partnering with operations to drive performance improvements, and promoting a safety-first culture.

Qualifications
