Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Trainer/Supervisor for Class A Drivers on our Transportation Team in Wisconsin. You will train and re-train delivery drivers, ensure safe, efficient operations, and enforce DOT and OpCo safety regulations.

This role requires strong communication, hands-on coaching, and experience with fleet management systems and driver logs. CDL Class A is required; supervision of staff and adherence to schedules are essential to support timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of training or transportation experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication; uses systems and tools effectively.
• Supervises staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Administers day-to-day transportation tasks and ensures DOT compliance and safe driver operations.
• Monitors driver safety, equipment handling, and adherence to delivery windows and costs.
