Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 3–5 years of route delivery or training experience.
• Experience with DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Knowledge of fleet systems (e.g., PeopleNet).
• Valid CDL A license.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass drug test, road test, and DOT health card.
• Ability to lift 60–90 pounds and handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on driver training in classroom and field settings.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Train and evaluate trainees, provide feedback and development actions.
• May run routes as needed to support business needs.
• Maintain documentation and housekeeping of equipment.
