Performance Food Group (Performance Foodservice) is seeking a Training Delivery Driver Trainer to educate delivery drivers on job duties, DOT compliance, safe practices, and company policies. You will deliver hands-on training in classroom and field settings, provide timely feedback, and work with new hires and experienced drivers to develop core skills.

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers – providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
Responsible for training delivery drivers on on all aspects of the delivery driver job duties. Utilizes all company training guides, manuals, checklists and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, safety and DOT regulations. Performs preferred work method observations and provides verbal and written feedback on driver trainees' performance including suggested development actions. May run routes per business needs. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience:
3 - 5 Years
Associates/2-year technical:
Technical school, Associates degree or other certification in learning and development training methods
Preferred Experience:
5 - 7 Years
