Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Container Delivery Driver to safely operate delivery trucks, transport toters, and retrieve containers for residential and commercial customers.

The role requires performing pre/post trip inspections, maintaining vehicle appearance, and delivering courteous, timely service on customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs frequently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift more than 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing.
• Strong time management, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives container delivery truck to transport waste containers to drop-off and pick-up at customer locations.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections according to safety standards and maintains truck appearance per company standards.
• Exhibits dedication to safe operation of container delivery trucks on streets, highways, and customer sites.
• Provides courteous interactions with customers and delivers service in a timely manner.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities to support company goals.
