Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks on residential and commercial routes, delivering prompt, courteous waste removal and strong customer service.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, navigate busy environments, complete route paperwork accurately, and participate in training and career development programs offered by Casella, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Legal work eligibility in the United States.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs) and work in varied weather.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear/front/side/roll-off trucks on streets, sites and driveways.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service.
