Job summary

Casella is hiring a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side, and roll-off trucks and to deliver safe, efficient waste removal on designated routes. You will serve customers with courtesy and professionalism and maintain vehicle readiness through inspections and accurate paperwork.

Employment includes a structured career-path program, merit increases, safety incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must have CDL Class A or B and pass pre-employment testing including a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ with a valid CDL license (Class A or B).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear/front/side/roll-off trucks in various environments.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service on routes.
• Complete route paperwork and participate in trainings.
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to Dispatch.
