MEI's CDL Drivers are part of a rigging crew responsible for driving equipment to customer sites and working with heavy equipment at customer plants and construction sites.

1. Routinely hauls oversize/overweight loads.
2. Drives safely and in compliance with DOT regulations tractor & trailer rigs to transport equipment and crews to job sites.
3. Handles loads safely, secures loads, and manages loading and unloading of equipment.
4. Dismantles and stores rigging equipment after use.
5. Operates vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, tractor trailers, telehandlers, aerial boom lifts, etc.
6. Possesses basic knowledge of operating equipment (forklifts, man lifts, mobile platform lifts, etc.)
7. Has experienced knowledge of load securing and safe hauling practices.
8. Can use tape measures, hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Valid Class A CDL and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
2. Ten (10) years of industrial experience or comparable experience within the construction service industry preferred.
