Job summary

EmployBridge in Columbia, SC is seeking an in-office Recruiter to support industrial and manufacturing hiring. You’ll brainstorm with the team, craft postings, and leverage social media to attract candidates and stand out in the market.

You will interview, screen, and coordinate drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to move hires quickly. The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting with urgency and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required.
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
