Job summary

Rose-Paving-LL is seeking a capable driver/operator to join our operations team in Missouri. You will support paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete crews on commercial projects, performing physical labor and assisting with material placement and finishing work.

The role requires a valid CDL and DOT certification, ability to pass drug and background checks, and a strong focus on safety. You will inspect trucks, maintain logs, and help keep job sites organized and secure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid CDL and DOT certification.
• Pass drug test and background screening; driving experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and safely in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support paving, sealcoating, striping, and concrete teams on commercial projects.
• Perform pre-trip inspections, logbooks, and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials; operate paving machines as needed.
• Maintain safe job site conditions and direct traffic when required.
• Assist with on-site labor tasks and traffic control.
