Job summary

S&S Paving & Construction, a Phoenix-based civil contractor, is hiring a CDL Driver to safely operate commercial trucks and assist with sealcoating operations across Arizona. The role blends driving with hands-on field work in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The ideal candidate has a valid CDL (Class A or B), a clean MVR, and the ability to work early mornings and overtime during peak season. DOT safety compliance and teamwork are essential. Travel to multiple job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with endorsements if applicable.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience operating commercial trucks and heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDL-class trucks transporting sealcoat materials, water, sand, and equipment.
• Safely position vehicles at job sites and operate sealcoating systems.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper PPE.
• Perform basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and complete logs.
