Job summary

Rose Paving is seeking a skilled Pave Box Operator in Missouri to expertly run paving equipment for parking lot projects. With 3–5 years of experience, you will ensure materials are laid to spec and maintain clear communication with stakeholders about daily progress and site coordination.

You will master auger speeds, feed controls, flow gates and automatic grade/slope controls, set passes, determine yields, and monitor mat quality, drainage and aesthetics to meet Rose Paving's standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating paving equipment
• Knowledge of asphalt installation standards
• Ability to read project specs and communicate updates

Responsibilities

• Operate paving equipment for parking lot projects
• Ensure materials are installed per project specs and Rose Paving quality standards
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide daily progress updates
• Coordinate phases of each job and monitor truck schedules
