Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily transportation operations with emphasis on safety, service, and accountability
• Coach and develop drivers to foster a culture of operational excellence
• Communicate performance trends and operational challenges to leadership
• Monitor KPIs to improve service levels and efficiency
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and safe to operate
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across the fleet
• Drive customer satisfaction through consistent and dependable service execution
