Job summary

Professional Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a CDL Driver I to safely transport building materials to job sites across North Carolina and nearby states. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, manage logs, and help load and unload materials.

This on-site role requires a valid CDL, experience with flatbeds or tractor trailers, and a focus on excellent customer service while upholding DOT regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CDL license Class A or B is required.
• Experience with flatbeds and/or tractor trailers preferred.
• Experience transporting lumber and building materials required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Class A or B vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Delivers to active construction sites and completed locations; possible inter-state travel.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and maintains compliant logs.
• Gives excellent customer service and relays customer messages on-site.
• Loads, unloads, and secures materials, verifies orders before departure and on delivery.
• Adheres to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
